• This coupon provides a free Alta COW WATCH Hardware Starter Pack, which includes one VPU, one reader, and one antenna. Depending on the size of your dairy and placement of buildings, more hardware may be required. All additional hardware will need to be purchased at regular price. 
• Coupon must be provided to your Alta advisor prior to signing an Alta COW WATCH subscription agreement. This offer is only valid for new subscription quotes and cannot be used on existing deals or out-right purchases.

Alta names, logos and service marks may not be modified, and they may not be used, downloaded, copied or distributed in any way not otherwise specifically authorized by Alta. No license to any Alta intellectual property has been granted by these Terms and Conditions.

Miscellaneous: These Terms and Conditions and any action related to them shall be governed, controlled, interpreted, and defined by and under the laws of the State of Wisconsin. You and Alta consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of, and venue in, federal or state court of competent jurisdiction located in the Western District of Wisconsin for the purposes of adjudicating any matter arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions. A party who intends to exert a claim or seek damages hereunder must first send to the other, by certified mail, a written Notice of Dispute ("Notice"). The Notice to Alta should be addressed to: Alta Genetics Inc., 2323 Crossroads Dr., Suite 500, Madison, WI 53718. The Notice must (a) describe the nature and basis of the claim or dispute, and (b) set forth the specific relief sought. If Alta and you do not reach an agreement to resolve the claim within 30 days after the Notice is received, You or Alta may commence proceedings. All rights that are not expressly granted under these Terms and Conditions are reserved by Alta.
